I’m not familiar with this project but looks very impressive. I hope separate lanes for smaller private vehicles and commercial trucks are added and a high speed metro track on this bridge will also be very useful for middle class people. Also, automated, electronic toll system is a must to avoid traffic stoppage.

Metro Line 8 will now likely take route via Vashi bridge. It will connect Mumbai airport (CSMIA) to Navi Mumbai Airport.

State Govt should proactively consider development of new Industrial townships away from Mumbai ,Pune , Nashik trangal & focuses more on a Kolhapur & Ratnagiri Dist of Maharashtra for the balance development & decongation of Metro 's

We need to emsure better public transport from.Mumbai to Navi Mumbai and vice-versa. Also, connection from Pune or Konkan to Mumbai also needs to be improved on a large scalre A car based development model will require continous new develolment which isnt viable economically and environmentally

Mumbai town side to Navi Mumbai takes much more than an hour. In fact, close to 2 hours on most days. So, people traveling from south Mumbai to Panvel side or further to Pune or Goa will benefit significantly..

Please don't encourage inappropriate speeding on bridges. All types of vehicles use the roads ...from alto, Hyundai to fortuner, Mercedes. So 60 Kmph maximum is ideal for one lane and 80 kmph on another lane. 100 kmph is used only by ministers where traffic is stopped by police to allow ministers vehicle .

Why don’t we have Open Road Tolls everywhere? These toll nakas are killing the purpose of the freeways and expressways. Hope truckers are banned on this bridge. Otherwise the sea will become the graveyard for many.

Usually from sewri in mumbai (starting point of this bridge) to ulwe in navi mumbai (exit ramp1) it takes 1.5 hours on average...with this bridge the travel time will be reduced to 15-20min...thats a significant milestone!

Mumbai to Konkan road is like driving on Mars all these governments in power have neglected the Konkani People and coastal region. First repair the original goa highway which is under construction for the last 10 years. Plus there will be very expensive tolls on these roads so few rich people will only use the bridge Bandra sea link is 75 this would be rs 100 plus 😂

The wealthy & the well connected powerful people do not stay in these areas for such areas to be a priority for the State Govt .
