I would have helped but I was 41 when I came out last Dec! How about something for older trans people coming out? I didn't know anything about being transgender when I was a teenager! I just knew I was a boy I didn't know there was a word for me! I would have loved something to guide me! I got all my help by reading other people's stories and they were generally much younger than me!

I’m not trans in the sense that I’m on hormone or medically transitioning but I am non binary. Can this book help me?

Hey Ethan - We sure hope it will! It's not just about medical transitions (even though there are chapters on that), but it's also about coming out, expression, how to deal with dysphoria, language, solidarity and more. As non binary people we realise that the trans community is such a wide community with different needs and that not everyone transitions in the medical sense. The book should provide you with some useful and practical information in many different ways. :)
