While using Read Committed Isolation level, if some user abruptly closes the session, then for the next transaction it will hold up forever. How to understand that there is a transaction which has not committed/rolled back which is no longer running or valid so that we can kill/rollback then continue.

I have a query in rollback transactions. For example we have 3 stored procedures -SP1,SP2,SP3 SP1 is calling SP2 ..in the SP2 is calling SP3..for suppose there is an error while executing the SP3..how to rollback the transactions of SP1 and SP2.. can anyone please suggest ways to implement above case...
