All these companies be taking advantage of and pimping drivers with no experience it’s sad. Then they wonder why guys quit and turnover is so high in the industry.

Local working only 40 hours a week, i'm making 1400 a week. I got off the road because i was only making about 12-1300 a week. Shit is not worth it. Leasing for 600 a week? trash for OTR. Go try Kaiser, Dynamic, or Hurricane Express.

You need to go to the FMCSA and do like I did and report them for deceptive business practices, failure to pay, witholding company and lease/operator settlement payments, etc. they didn’t even pay me my final 2 settlements.

How much experience do you actually have?? If trucking is something you want to do I may have some companies you can look into.. Now if you can deal with ppl then I recommend getting your P endorsement you can go drive charter buses.

@@dionnedeniseeverydaywhen I tell you, Transam was a complete JOKE for all of our class 🤣🤣 you left, Dontavist left, Omar left, I left 3 days before Omar did, then transam started emailing everybody either reaching out for wanting us to come back, OR, in mine, Omar and Dontavist’s case: “you owe transam in the amount of $3,000” 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 they’ll never see it. They really pressured all of us by purposely withholding company driver loads from us, AND, lying to us telling us they didn’t have any loads, wherefore, we were sitting still and not working a full week, therefore, not getting the $1,000 weekly guarantee pay. Listen, when I decided to switch to lease, my truck NEVER STOPPED MOVING DYFHM??? Neither did my other two bros Dontavist and Omar… not a single one of us applied to the lease purchase because no one starts off buying a damn $200,000 semi truck fresh out of truck driving school.. absolutely not.. but they pressured us into it. They tried to get us to switch At orientation, Dontavist did, me and Omar didn’t.. we very much just wanted to be company drivers and work our way up whole atleast making $1K/week like the hell they put in black and white. They better be glad that was a walk away NONE CREDIT reported lease 🤣🤣🤣 because you don’t do something like that and then play with somebody’s money and credit.

Transcam , this were i started they know new drivers coming in that know little to nothing about the business side of trucking
@Malikoboost8 ай бұрын
Gotta start somewhere but you better be willing to stand up and speak with your chest out. Them dispatchers are trained to shorty your mileage opportunity on the COMPANY SIDE. “Listen, y’all put it in black and white that I’m gonna get the miles, IF NOT, it’s also in black and white that you will be compensating me in the ABSOLUTE MINIMUM of not LESS than $1,000/week”.. they are trained to after you come up on that 30 day mark to keep you from meeting your FMCSA HOS on duty time. They are trained to give you INTENTIONAL service failures (scheduling you to pick a load up HOURS AFTER the appointment time and Pepsi/Walmart/TYSON/coca cola?? They do NOT tolerate you being more than 10 mins to 1 hour late.). So they’ll have you sitting still as a Company driver constantly telling you “oh we don’t have anything for you right now” as you watch 6 other TRANSAM company trucks blow past you both at the truckstop and on the interstate while you sitting still looking crazy. You got the wrong one go play with somebody else. I got goals to achieve and bills to pay. But you should know, TERRY at the Rockwall Tx terminal literally tells you “listen now, get your experience and JET.. GET, don’t make no career out these people at Transam”. So that was all the more reason I CUT IT OFF.

@Malikoboost7 ай бұрын
Like I stated in the video, I started out as a company driver. They 1. Constantly refused to pay me the $1,000 weekly pay no matter how hard I tried. 2. They purposely sit you still and lie to you telling you there are no pre plans available after you do just 1-2 loads a week when you have the time on your clock to do atleast 3-5 loads a week. 3. They started me out at $0.31 a mile. Your experience differs probably because you either A. Came in the door with more experience than I did and not fresh out of truck driving school, or B. You were fortunate enough to have landed on a dedicated lane/route. Do you THINK I wanted to jump into a lease with a company and THEY put you at the dollar per mile they want to put you at? Transam’s lease as well as 70% of these company leases are set up for “accountability shifting” where you make JUST ENOUGH ti cover every expense related to that damn truck, leaving you with NOTHING. You don’t lease a truck or be an I/C, owner op, etc for ANYTHING LESS than $3.50/mile… and that’s a BAD rate.. more like $4.00-$7.00/mile and up.. That’s the difference of HAVING TO LEARN. I don’t learn by being TOLD, I learn by FAFO. I learn by effing around and finding out. When I was doing hvac, it was the EXACT SAME WAY (why?) because experience is the best teacher. You don’t laugh at somebody for trying and failing because those that go through the trial and error process with NO ONE to tell them what they should or shouldn’t do are the ones who learn the game more effectively. If at first you don’t succeed .. try try again…. OR, perhaps go back to what you KNOW works and doesn’t fail you.
