Robert F. Kennedy Medical Center is a vacant former 274-bed hospital and level II trauma center located in Hawthorne, California. Upon opening in 1926 as Hawthorne Community Hospital, the hospital was opened in tandem with Centinela Hospital Medical Center to serve the communities of Hawthorne, El Segundo, Lennox, and Southern Inglewood. Robert F. Kennedy Medical Center was closed in 2004.

I remember when it was closed. And I remember hearing that they said it would be reopened, maybe? Obviously never did. Closed for 20 years and this county needs hospitals. At this point, it could be changed into housing.

I was taken to this hospital on July 4, 1997. I was treated by Dr. Stockard. That night was very haunting, just like the persons footsteps in this video.

Creepy, ive seen another hospital close to this one and its abandoned too... besides that theres this other Hawthorne plaza mall that closed now 30+ years ago . Its creepy

I don't think it's that possible now to sneak into tho, I've seen lots of big tall fencing... Who knows maybe u guys could trespass

don’t go, too high security. 50 arrests made at property in past 3 or so months
