Thank you both VERY MUCH. Been a rough journey for me about eye of the needle. "I am not a body. I am free..." haven't been easy course lessons due to a chronic illness. My body via the ego I suppose has been trying to "control" my every move. Doing many PT exercises daily and prayers, still getting assistance of letting Holy Spirit guide me as I feel able to move my body, even with short walks and daily needs. Prayers on my continued journey, please. Blessings to you both and to all. Amen

I’m at 28 minutes in, and when you said, don’t even try to get out of it, the thought came, “I wish I had known this back then”. But then another thought came “but then I wouldn’t have gone through the eye”… Wonder if this is true? It seems as if as a result of being scammed for $30,000 in 2021, the excruciating pain of shame, regret, stupidity, blaming myself, and all the other negative emotions created a perfect storm. As I wasn’t working, and we had just moved to Florida from Maineat 55 years old, knowing no one, I was so alone. It was the darkest time of my life.

Thanks for your honest share. I received some inspiration yesterday about how to help expedite this process: Give Him all the lost-cause thoughts in your mind which are so frightening. Have the fortitude to hand it over to Him and then forget about it for a while. Simply be still, and forget about everything. If you’re still feeling fear after you’ve left your thinking behind, view this as a Cosmic Relief (miracle) about to happen. In times of rage or horrible outbursts within your mind, note that this is just the sludge of unbelievable horror coming to you. As the cracks of willingness are opened up in your mind through the total release of the thinking stream, the benefits of release through simple recognition, will totally clarify your mind. You can allow the in-the-closet-like feeling to stay with you, or the abstract frozen fear, however releasing the thoughts that chug through your mind while you are in the fear will expedite this process. There is really nothing for you to do at this time except to feel what you are feeling. Note how you are feeling and then release your thoughts about it.🩵🩵🩵🩵

It’s called “seek only the experience” (and do not let theology delay you) if you ever feel like diving deep you are most welcome. Lovely meeting you. That was a great conversation.
