2:48 you showed operon portion is only consists of promoter, operator and structural gene in diagram, but again you told operon portion consist of regulatory gene also? Is there any mistake in diagram? Please try to reply ma'am.

......structural genes and regulatory region. The operon’s regulatory region includes both the promoter and the operator.
