interesting that they started using these articulated volgrens on rail replacement now.because my regions Volgren B12BLEA's was also used on the rail replacements at Lidcombe. because I think the high demand for more capacity vehicles from the depots that's available for use to accommodate a lot of passengers during morning & afternoon peak on rail replacements. when these vehicles had not yet had been designated for any route service. they can be chartered for rail shuttle work. this was done by tfnsw organising the bus operators & vehicles getting them all on designated rail replacement sectors at each station that is assigned to run their service at. that has yellow destination signs that will have following stops along the route which include the route number of the rail bus service. plus there is bus marshals at every station to assist customers of where they are going.

I don't seem to see High floors like CDC Charters 0405's anymore on rail replacements and they seem to mostly be operated by route operators or kinetic

@@staterailvlogs4167 yeah they probably not often used much on rail replacements. but sometimes they used to do it & they probably still do now as CDC charter mostly uses them.
