Transfer FSMO roles from DC to ADC | Transfer role from Domain Controller to other Domain Controller

Hi, when i try to transfer schema master i shows error,( current fsmo holder could not be contacted) except that all other fsmo roles are transferred. Help me please

To transfer schema master 1st need to register it. Go to run type regsvr32schmmgmt.dll press enter button. Again go to run type MMC press enter button. Click to file select active directory schema and click to add, ok and from there r/c on active directory schema master select operation master , choose dc and click to change, schema master role will be transferred. If you have ADC server and DC server is down you need to transfer all fsmo roles to ADC server by seizing

@@ITParivar when connecting domain server in cmd I got message " RPC server unavailable " I also enabled RPC services and allow via firewall but all in vain tomorrow is my exam plz give a solution

Ok please check if site replication is ok and user is domain/enterprise admin.. run cmd as administrator too. Hope servers are reachable
