Registration karte time state Mera select karna hai ya vehicle jis state ka??? Aur first time Jo state select karte hai usme kon sa state Dena h? Vehicle ka ya buyer ka yani Mera??? Confused 😢

You have to get NOC from concerned Karnataka RTO. Then you have to submit that in wb rto
