This everyone gets a trophy nonsense and not keeping score so no one loses in these youth and little league sports will rear it’s ugly head one day and it’s finally here. These kids are entitled because of that misguided crap. Losing and coming in second is necessary to make you work harder and to also know where you rank in the jungle.

Buffs keep getting excited as the staff is half assing their pickups and then reality shows them to simply be other teams scraps and their depth folks. Buffs add back up level guys,talk them up as starters n dawgs,then find out they were in fact the depth folks other teams dropped.

None of the RB’s were out there today, all we saw was some pass game. And it was as expected. Wester is a beast, Travis is… Travis, and one of our starting WR’s has yet to get here (Will Sheppard). We were missing our starting nose tackle (Chidoze), and one of our starting DE’s (BJ Green). One of our starting LB’s (Nikhal Hill Green) isn’t here yet either. We also were shown we have a competent CB2 to go along with Travis (Preston Hodge), he balled today. This is a better team, and the schedule is cupcake compared to last years horror show of a schedule. Omarion Cooper was hardly any help for Travis

A lot of yall are misinformed. Ive played on a team where All Conference players transferred to us and did not win the starting job. Some of those guys had a good year but did not play to the standard of our program or coach. They came off the bench, gave us good looks at practice, and some STILL found their way to the league. I say this to emphasize the reason why this revolving door of the transfer portal is killing player development. Notably, development goes beyond on field, it includes attitude, sportsmanship and coachability. This is not a prime issue. Learn to compete and stick it out. It's a long season, you never know when your number will be called.
