The question is wrong or the answer will be none. We have read these things during the CA exams. Arms length price is not for associate companies but it is for non associated companies. Please correct yourself, False information is dangerous for the students . And it is not the arms length principle but it is the CUP method or very specific Internal CUP method .

You are also correct and the question is also. See here word related means that are engaged in a deal or business. And associated means part parcel of the main company. So this may be a scenario what i could think of
