Hi sir, ഒരു സംശയം, എന്റെ whatsapp chat ന്റെ total size 6.5 gb യുണ്ട് പക്ഷെ അത്‌ google drive ലേക്ക് backup കൊടുക്കുമ്പോൾ 3 gb മാത്രമേ കാണിക്കുന്നുള്ളൂ ബാക്കി കാണിക്കുന്നില്ല. പുതിയ ഫോണിലേക്ക് resotore ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ പഴയ text msg എല്ലാം കിട്ടുന്നുണ്ട് പക്ഷെ audio, video ഫയലുകൾ open ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയുന്നില്ല. അതിനൊരു solution പറഞ്ഞു തരാമോ
