christ I had a horrible time trying to get whatsapp from iphone 13 to xiaomi 14. your tutorial is the only one that worked. and also only in the exact way you do it. first time i removed the sim card too early and somehow it fucked up the process. it is really ridiculous that in 2024 it is this difficult to move your whatsapp from ios to android :D shame on meta & apple and thank you so much for this tutorial!!!!

i don't fucking get it. when copying the only thing i am choosing is whatsapp. however it totally ignores this input. it transfers 14 random apps (and excludes whatsapp). after finishing i download whatsapp manually and thus i only get the group chats and no media restored. it is utterly painful! what a shit process! :D

Thank god i had watched this video and this worked for me!! even my iphone had jailbroken and still can use this method!! Just few steps need to pay attention, like while 5:05 i also facing the same issue and i reconnected the cable, and the copying process keep syncing (wait about 3 hours), so i tried 2nd attempt and same issue again i click backward and repeat the steps again and this time its smooth with pop out countdown time & percentage. i had cracked my head with others video tutorial none of them work and worst things is some of them need to paid!!👎👎👎👎

Tried the same process, after transfering chats screen, Samsung smart switch app says chats could not be transferred. Reset the phone first. After it turn on connect it immediately. Dont connect the cable after the instruction given. Just connect the cable from the beginning and you should be good. If it doesn’t work. Try agin and again

You need to do a fresh WhatsApp backup on iCloud first (to save your latest chats) if your WhatsApp backup is more that 5GB and you only have 5GB on iCloud, then it won't work, or it might work but only with some old chats. My advice pay $1 a month for the 50GB iCloud option.
