No, it's real. It works under the assumption of thermogenics! If you ever touch your fatty parts, you ll notices that it's cold. It's why eskimos smear whale fat onto their clothes for insulation. This breaks apart the coagulation of fat tissue so it allows easier dispersion of your fat tissue to your digestive system! Working out does the same thing to heat your body, but is less specific in your body parts. You're right about light frequencies, though. That's why you can't diy! Have to use the right equipment by a professional! They offer cheap devices on Amazon, and it would also make me weary! But the technology does work, and you will lose weight!
