Heck yeah, that's pretty much my setup as well. I put the mic on the top handle and the monitor on the left handle, that setup helps me with weight distribution.

Nice! thanks for watching! thats interesting about putting the monitor on the side, Ive also struggled with weight distribution but found putting my monitor to the side results in the camera wanting to lean to the left and many a dutch angle captured 😂
