Great idea, subbed. Has me now thinking if I can find a similar keyboard that can accommodate the 16” oled 120hz uperfect display where the keyboard to display ratio is somewhat proportionate. Have my doubts though and may need to find another similar 13” display that is OLED and high refresh rate (which doesn’t seem to exist atm).

Have you taken a look at the NexDock? It was designed for use with the Samsung Dex on their Galaxy products. It's just a laptop without any internals, and you plug your phone in with a usb cable. I think it would be a much better fit for your usecase.

That's what I was mentioning in the beginning that there are solutions but they are big, expensive, and typically only 1080p. I also like being able to pull the monitor off and use it as a second monitor on my desktop set up.

Bro thought the rubber pads on the hinge were his friend, but they should be removed for a better fit.

I don't think so. That would just be metal on metal they also grip and hold it in place well.
