Tony Lockwood is the author of the Transformation Leader's Body of Knowledge. Hello, can I just say, without any explanation at all, this was a very, very, very well time video. Thank you so, so much.

Hi, as always great content. Congratulations! The definition is spot on. The c-suite question is interesting. From my board-level experience it’s unlikely there will ever be a permanent board role. By definition transformation should NOT be a permanent state within a business. However in organisations I’ve been part off, there is either dedicated support direct to the Board or an existing board member with appropriate transformation experience will have this hat. But it’s a great conversation. 👍

Thank you, Nicola. At what point does 'seemingly' continual transformation (which is what the last 30 years of my career feels like) become a genuine permanent state? I agree that, in principle, transformation is a temporary state, but experience suggests it is unlikely to stop any time soon. So, like you say, a great conversation topic and one that could go either way.
