good job Keith interiors ,I would like to raise my comment on the bathroom you said you gonna have a curve on the bath room door ,if you can come up with continuous mounding instead of cutting certain part of the glass it would be awesome , ( joy thought) . The other thing don't just jump to show us inside the house even outside matters .not square footage of each room /the whole house still it gonna add add a little flavor as you have mentioned there are other details which make your job unique but you are forgetting them like that gate setup its show what's to expect .still don't forget to mention the size of the land on that property whether its .40 by 80 .or 50 by !00 or probably quarter of an acre..

Depends on usability of the spaces. Eg. 1. Open plan commercial spaces, you go with the former.(Central) 2. Partitioned spaces like bedrooms in residential spaces & hotels, you go with the latter.(Individual)
