Giving up meat-eating brought about tremendous change in her body and mind. She could feel calm and clarity in her body-mind. Aggression also subsided in the process. It’s a general misconception that meditation is done after a certain age (old age). We don’t lose anything but rather gain a lot from Meditation and Vegetarianism. It is choosing our own well-being on a daily basis. Focus and consciousness have increased for her due to meditation practices. Further, her anxiety or panic attacks reduced tremendously, filled her with courage. She feels Pyramid meditation is very much useful for every meditator. Everyone must become a Vegetarian and Meditator.
