@@Merveille.Ansiima Thats a good question love, and the answer is just make up your mind, understand why you need to fast and your WHY will keep you going until you reach the finished line. Then pray more and create a heavenly atmosphere throughout the fasting listening to gospel music and studying the word of God as much as you can. Make sure to always talk to God about your reason for fasting the holyspirit will start communicating to you and directing you in the right path. You can do it love 😇❤️
