April 30th, my 5 children and I will be evicted. I don't know why I'm sharing it here...maybe community. I just needed to get it out. I don't know where we will go, I don't have money for anything in this moment and I'm not sure when I will have another dollar again to cover any bills. I am praying for this job that I interviewed for to get back to me🙏🏾I'm just praying and trusting God for a miracle. Right now, I feel a little overwhelmed, but I'm faithing it until we make it. My sermon notes for "Overflow: The power of staying in position" : 1.) Trust is the prerequisite to overflow. Full comes from overflow. Do you trust God when the flow is slow? When God is still, be still and know 2.) The Holy Spirit is the facilitator of the overflow. Overflow is being in God's presence 3.) Overflow is the principle of God's presence 4.) The overflow does not come with opposition. overflow comes with options. When you live in the overflow, get ready for options. It's important to be obedient when you have options. God doesn't decrease the options, he's increases your obedience. More options, more obedience 5.) The power of overflow is staying in position. To stay in the overflow you have to say no. Positioning yourself is an act of humility 6.) The point of the overflow is not for yourself, it's for someone else 7.) The opposites of empty is overflow How to stay in position for overflow: 1.) Pick your source (God) 2.) Pick your size (Faith). God is not going to change your vessel for you. You have to have the faith to change it according to your faith 3.) Pick your stance (steady). A friend sent this. 4 mins in and I'm crying. If yall only knew what my heart has felt the past 2 days, witnessing the worst case I've seen in 20 yrs with children involved. I joked with mom I'm gonna need a pacemaker. Blubbering with a shredded heart, then blubbering for answered prayers. I am struggling hard. Feb my wife said she wants a divorce and I woke up from my selfish, porn addicted ways. I was mean and controlling. I don't want to be like that anymore and I have been changing. I also didn't keep a job fo any decent period of time. Now I am watching everything I can find from tc and trying to do things right. But when she isn't ready to say she loves me but we do talk about the future and she isn't acting like she is leaving. But every time I think something is going right I get all sad, mad, and depressed and think that God will take her away because she doesn't believe, on the other side I feel like I am supposed to lead her to God. This is all so hard alone. Every time I watch tc I feel drawn to this church. I would love some help.
