I would like to see the connection from the power circuit to the two primary wires going to the primary side of the control transformer in a 3 phase application in an mcc feeding a motor.

The two wires from the primary side of the control transformer to the load side of the fuses protecting the motor!

Of course there is usually two fuses protecting the transformer on top for both wires.
