With zero sequence & without zero sequence? Are you referring to zero sequence filtering or ratio correction. With Idmin set at 0.3, the relay will pick & operate beyond 0.3. Right? How do you test the various slopes in the relay. What is the connection diagram?

try set id mim 0.4 in your relay and check it's not operate 0.4 so ly we need to find the pick up value

In delta side HV pick up value. You are multiple with zero sequence but you told that delta side there is no zero sequence Then why did you multiple with zero seq

Zero sequence based on neutral delta don't have neutral so u have to multiple with 1.732
