Nice explanation, pls can you make more video on it. 1) how to collect oil from the transformer, which equipments need to be use. 2) you didn't show the limit of the oil, means how much oil need to put in the glass container ? We didn't see it clearly either the electrodes were completely emerged. 3) if the oil dielectric strength is not good, after that which tests or method need to be use again to check the oil. 4 ) clarify the minimum and maximum value of the BDV, need list according to the transformers values. 5) which kind of transformer is inside the testing machine ? Step up or step down ? Single phase or three phase?

There is no time line. If dielectric strength of oil is weak then this will break down at lower voltage also.

High voltage test me sirf voltage high hota hi. Current milli Ampere me hota hai. To aap kisi bhi size ke cable ko use kar sakte hi. Par aapko uske liye bahut jayda safety follow karna padega.
