Transformers characters I wish was in Transformers Prime

Elita was initially going to be mentioned in season 1. During the scene where Ratchet is high on Synthen and yelling at Optimus, the original script had Ratchet blame Optimus for the death of Elita. Optimus would respond by beating Ratchet into the ground before confining him to base. Understandably, the writers thought it didn't exactly fit with Optimus' character.

The editors thought it didn't fit. The woman who wrote the script for the episode explained that it never even made it into a first draft when she presented her idea to them. The main reason why they didn't accept it was it would lock them into a mandatory backstory exploration they didn't have time for.

Ravage looks straight up like coming from the official show. The artist did an incredible job. I wish the series would have been longer and introduced more characters. It would have been so cool to see all of these characters, their roles and personalities contribute to the story

Imagine Skywarp and Thundercracker get introduced as clones that Starscream made, and they take Megatron's offer to become his soldiers. Then they get their iconic teleportation and sonic boom powers through the usage of ancient cybertonian relics

As soon as you mentioned wanting Thundercracker and Skywarp in the show, I thought of how it would of been cool if they were like twins in the show and Starscreams bodyguards/babysitters/most trusted seekers but they still had the a bit of the same personality they did from G1. And by babysitter I mean like Megatron would assign them to watch over Starscream and report back on all his activities. Also just yes to Dinobots.

Honestly, I agree on the fact that Elita-1 should have been in TRANSFORMERS: PRIME. Still, I am at least glad that she appeared in TRANSFORMERS: EARTHSPARK; I like the EARTHSPARK ELITA-1 the best because she has that cool sexy robot design and that cool Hillbilly cowgirl drawl in her voice as well. Her personality is also very similar to the girl Autobot CATAPULT from the cancelled 2014 TRANSFORMERS: PRIME video game TRANSFORMERS: UNIVERSE.

It was a shame they didn't include Jetfire, since he's not just a former Decepticon, but one with very close ties to Starscream I also think they should have included Hot Rod. Maybe make him an old friend of Arcee's who she hasn't gotten to see since the war broke out? The two had some really cute interactions in the first Transformers film and that's never really been capitalized on

Iirc, Smokescreen was actually supposed to be the replacement for Hotrod. Hotrod kinda has issues with copyrights and stuff, so they can't really include him.

Well Ravage is canonically dead if I remember correctly because Soundwave had to sacrifice certain cassettes to adapt to the planet that was desolate for a while and as for the original dinobots, they are found on Cybertron, there is more information in their respective comics

The cast of TF Prime was criminally small, but I believe that was due to budget issues as S3 started to cost over $1 million per episode. I feel Cyberverse is closer to what was originally intended, but the art style was too detailed and expensive to pull it off.

I think they could have replaced Dreadwing and Skyquake with Thundercracker and Skywarp. The character arks would have fit for them and the changes wouldn’t even be that drastic. Just give Skyquake a new paint job and change the second half of his name and change Dreadwing’s name and there you go.

The second one is from 2015 RID and its cannon that he isn't the original Grimlock. Also the first one survived explosion of cosmic bridge.
