That is some REALLY good attention detail, most game would've had the continents be what they are today, showing America, Russia, the UK, but not this game. They showed what Earth looked like back then millions of years ago.

The green stuff you saw in the game appears in multiple shows but is only named in transformers prime and it is referred to in that show as tox-en and it is a byproduct from Energon refinement that the decepticons tried to weaponize.

Cliffjumper explores an ancient and beautiful star map, with the most beautiful theme playing in the background. The map shows all these bright, colorful worlds including Earth, and thanks to the beauty of the room and the soundtrack, the player and Cliffjumper may want to stay there forever. But the moment Cliffjumper leaves this haven, he returns to the horrors of the dying Cybertron. The star map was just about the only point of light in the dark for the game, even it was just as sad and solemn as the rest of the game. It gets worse when one remembers that this game is somewhat in continuity with Transformers Prime. One day Cliffjumper will get to go to one of those worlds, and he will get to experience it's beauty himself. And then Starscream will kill him.

btw this is also how the cybertronians discovered earth in the first place they discovered earth had energon because the ancients put it there before the war also this was spread by cliffjumper to the other autobots and when they launch the ark they choose this destination

This is not connected to transformers prime, that show is way too terrible. On this game wheel jack is a scientist but in “prime” he’s a wrecker which is the dumbest move I’ve ever seen a transformers show make... EVER. They ruined one of the most iconic and best auto bots in the series, he’s known for being a scientist and an inventor, basically he’s the leonardo da vinci of the transformers, inventing weapons, while preceptor is the Einstein. To sum it up, this game is More connected to Idw comics and the bayformers universe than “TF prime”
