At most I'd rank Hound the step below Ironhide, the KSI drones weren't that weak but the 2 Dreads and the OG decepticons that he survived(and even killed some) seemed stronger than the Drones.

Tf1 Starscream did nearly one-shot Bumblebee in a strafe with missiles, while also sending Jazz flying. Im not quite sure how it would go with Bumblebee's self repair upgrade, but Starscream is also one of the bots that can repair themselves. Beside I don't remember anything in the Bayformers showing that any version of Bumblebee could survive that same bomb to the eye that killed Starscream(though it is wierd they didn't bring him back, cuz getting killed and coming back is Screamers thing, I guess Bay didn't really wanna us that)
