When season 1 of Beast wars was over Transmetals was born as for Megatron the reason he had a Dragon form was that his T-rex form got damaged pretty bad and needed a new form over the Maximals If you remembered that in season 2 Dan ?🐉🐉🐉

Yeah, but a Stronger more reinforced tank/Trex would have been pretty spiffy too. I still love that last season, it was fun as the Maximals had the advantage for most of the season, which is so rare in Transformers for the good guys.

​@@SquirrelStampede some information from the tfwiki just by images: there is chrome (expect that to flake off easily since transmetal 2 chrome is probably the worst), there's no gold/metallic plastic (no need to worry from gps/gold plastic syndrome from what i know)
