If Scourge was able to defeat Optimus easily in ROTB in their first encounter, he should logically be able to defeat Megatron, though it would be more difficult.

Prime underestimated his opponent drastically. Megatron has very rarely made that mistake. He’s a gladiator after all. You underestimate your opponent, you die Also this is kinda like smash bros. You could have a literal god as your fighter and loose to a pichu or something due to a skill issue. Same concept goes for here. Plus Meg’s would curb stomp Scourge. Easily
