This movie was epic, i loved every minute and im not even a Transformers fan. Didn't even watch the cartoons when i was younger. Now im a fan !

I thought it was painfully generic, which is excusable by some because of the fact that this is a kid's movie. The story is nothing particularly unique, the celebrity cast was probably the worst part (seriously, cut out the bad humor and hire some real VOICE ACTORS!). Also, too much telling, not enough showing. Everything in the film is very obvious. Some nonverbal exchanges between Optimus and Megatron would've made their relationship more implicit and impactful than overtly obvious. The film isn't as mature as I feel it needed to be, at least by my standards. Like I said, these issues stem from the fact that the film is directed towards children. I'm sure they'll enjoy it.

Its a PG movie my bruh. I agree some parts were cheesy but it added to the fun. The movie was fun and for me at least thats how movies like this should be... Fun! I mean my wife and i just became a fan of Transformers at 32 because of this movie.

it could had been a bit more darker in certain parts for sure, but I still enjoyed it. I'm hoping if they go as far as the war for Cybertron it'll gradually mature to properly set the tone
