⁠@@AmTpGaMtIMDb only shows the officially announced cast. Steve Buscemi is in the film playing starscream but they IMDb doesn’t show that. Similarly it doesn’t show that Jon Hamm is sentinel prime or that Laurence fishburne is Alpha trion. The thing abt IMDb is that it’s like Wikipedia so anyone can put or remove what they want. With regards to Optimus, Lorenzo dibonaventura, the executive producer of all TF films, said in an interview that Peter Cullen will take over at some point in the film - Mainly since you need to young person to play a young Optimus/orion pax and Peter Cullen is not young anymore lol

@@jacobpichhadze8090 for one, it does show that Jon Hamm and Laurence Fishburne are voice acting in transformers one if you look at imdb. Secondly, in an article six days ago, it was stated that Peter Cullen consulted Hemsworth on the voice of Optimus Prime, nothing to do with him voice acting himself. In another article also six days ago, Chris Hemsworth shouts out Peter Cullen for the support and advise on voicing Optimus. In an article two days ago it is stated that Peter Cullen will not be voicing in Transformers One. In an article in Jan 2024, producer Lorenzo Di Bonaventura said that Cullen no longer wanted to voice Optimus, suggesting that Cullen wanted to step down and pass the torch. 7th April 2024. Peter Cullen is recorded saying in an interview "I think I'm done. I've been doing this for 35 years... ... I'm not saying goodbye to this character completely, but professionally, I think I'm done." As much as I hope to hear Peter Cullen's iconic voice as Optimus Prime, as no doubt about it he is a goated voice actor and THE goated Optimus Prime, nothing indicates him voicing in the movie as an old Prime as you said in I believe your initial comment. But I am praying for at least a cameo, the goat deserves it

Chris Hemsworth isn’t Optimus yet he is just Orion Pax completely different not a warrior come on supes brush up on your knowledge. Also I think Peter Cullen was in the trailer I think he said one at “stand together as one”

Despite this movie looking very comedic and kiddish judging by the trailer, I will still give this movie more chances than anything that the MCU put out. Hopefully near the end of the movie or possibly in the future, we get the transformers we know and love

I’m thinking it’s gonna be very lighthearted at the beginning and then get darker towards the end. It clearly looks like we are gonna see the conflict between Optimus and Megatron start near the end. And two friends becoming enemies is gonna hit pretty hard.
