Megatron’s is refered to as cancer, Prime’s is decent The first is AAT Mackron, the second is BA Prime and is kinda expensive since it isnt produced anymore

He is better only in terms of robot mode' look, transformation sequence and the fact that you can put the shotgun in his left hand as well. I personally like this one better, mostly for its overall look (and the magnificent truck mode)
