Unicron actually does have those tendrils in the show. You see them when Megatron is fighting off 3 massive ones while he is waiting for optimus to make a decision wether or not to team with megatron

when you use the micron as a show accurate right arm, you can use the peg-holes to hold stuff. and you can also fold away the long spike to ake it a bit more hand-like.

hey just in case no one has let you know yet, and in case you didn't get the slip of paper )in japanese) explaining the revision to instruction #10 where it shows how to clip the armor to megatrons shoulder armor....the instructions originally show to click it onto one spot and the revision says to click it on another spot allowing you to fit the side cape parts to the inner hole...doing this they armor actually will "click in", still a bit finnicky, but will click and no need for crouching:)

I really like this toy in robot mode. His vehicle mode looks...alright, but I think they could have done a better job. His armor mode is completely unnecessary and looks ugly, at least in the front and back, but I understand that there wasn't much they could do with it. (And by back and front I mean the backpack it gives him, and those wings that get placed in the front.) The robot mode is awesome, and it seems really show accurate. It would've been nice to get some regular hands though.
