This might have been a good call considering the failures of Kill The Justice League and Concord. Considering Hasbro's desire to focus on gaming, they're probably going to try and figure out a different approach to a AAA-style Transformer game

Maybe it's time we fans do it ourselves, what if we all come together and make a million dollar game that's an open world transformers video game where you can play as your favorite characters and you could have the iptions if an immaculate story mode written super well and even an online mode so you can create your own original transformer and hang out with other players, im imagining a game similar to Red Dead Redemption 2 and RD Online or far cry, Avatar frontiers of pandora, and/ or Spider-man 2, but with transformers. Think of Transformers 2007 game + Red Dead Redemption 2 = the best video game of all time. I'm imagining it would have a story mode similar to the cybertron games, a pvp mode, and online mode, free roam around a massive map. It would have great textures, graphics, ray trassing, and all made with unreal engine 5, blender, and other high defenition animation or 3d software. Little human civilliams would walk around in the cities and other places and react to your presence differently when in either robot or vehicle mode. You could have pvp matches like races, team death matches, gladiator combat, and more. If only fanfoms weren't so toxic. We could all come together and pool the money together to make a transformers game better than anything seen before Edit: Different characters would have their own special attacks and abillites unieqe to them and them alone

Letting it smolder out for years was a blow to fan moral and a sign of incompetence from a CEO who has claimed to prioritize gaming but has proven himself inept. Cox needs to go.

This was gonna be cancelled within a year or 2 even if it released. Console Transformers games never get remastered and mobile games can be cancelled whenever they stop making numbers. It's the standard for TF games

This is honestly sad. The game had potential to be amazing! I was actually hoping to see more of it and for it to actually come out soon... ☹️ It looked so cool. It had a really cool premise and aesthetic.... I guess we can’t have nice things... A cool new Transformers game would’ve been sick. I hope that Reactivate isn’t actually dead, but that’s sadly quite unlikely. I hope we can get a new TF game soon...

Did it though? The only trailer was some post-apocalyptic cyberpunk horror thing with a voiceover. I don't remember any images or concept art being officially released, and the figures for OP, BB, SS, and SW all looked very bland. I honestly had a feeling this game was gonna go the way of TF: Universe the moment it was announced.

@ what are you smoking? Bee, Prime, Soundwave, and Screamer’s designs looked great. They were- _are_ really cool. And the aesthetics and premise of the game was interesting and cool. It was an intriguing take that had potential. Why do you seem to be so pessimistic on these things? The game definitely had potential to be great. And I find it quite saddening that we couldn’t have gotten to see the extent of its fullest potential.

@@n.maximo5505 Uh, you don’t know? Post-apocalyptic world where an alien race seemed to conquer and corrupt the earth. And the Autobots and Decepticons were struggling for resources, especially energy. And the Bots and Cons had to be _Reactivated_ to have much better odds at stopping the aliens. I think it was an interesting premise that deserved to be fully realized because it had potential to be a cool, fun game. But, we sadly won’t be able to see that happen. Why’re you so pessimistic?
