I don't get it. At the end, why is Megatron fighting the Fallen? Aren't they both at the same side?

The fallen betrayed Megatron, since he said that Megatron would be made a prime, but primes are born, not made.

In this game's version of the ROTF timeline, the Fallen promised to make Megatron a Prime as a reward for his service and loyalty (Maybe he would have called himself Megatronus Prime LOL). However, Optimus informs him at the end that that's not how the Primes worked. Megatron realises that the Fallen had been lying to him and using him the whole time, leading to him turning on his former master.

36:27 i always thought that this mission was kinda strange,like,wasn't the "AXIOM gun" on a ship? Couldn't they have a mission where starscream went out on another naval hunting mission to destroy the ship/ships with the gun?....i guess it's due to not wanting to reuse assets....am i wrong for thinking this?
