Okay notes: - I love the banter you kept between Rattrap and Dinobot. - It's really interesting how even in this version the predacons are faking their alliance with the maximals. Now I really wanna know what happened those thousands of years on earth before the autobots. - that scene of Dinobot venting his anger was hauntingly beautiful. It captured the theme of Starscream's death in Armada perfectly. - like that little moment before Rhinox places the transwarp key. You could easily tell Megatron wanted his hands on it first. - That final scene with Scourge and Tigatron was peak Transformers. Not only does Tigatron get a better mocking speech then Apelinq but it sets up Scourge's motivation for the rest of the movie in one cold line. I also appreciate that you used this scene to explain his scar. The cuts really help this opening because the original felt like Apelinq could've left with them since the maximals got to the ship so fast. You know Tigatron bought them time here. The score from the original BW series is used well here too. - Scourge's line about factions and flags went so hard. - Overall the atmosphere was hauntingly amazing which was missing from the film. The muted orange colors really emphasize the unstoppable force of Unicron and how world-ending he is as a force of nature. The launch of the escape pod creates a great contrast of blue to symbolise hope in the wake of the planet eater. It doesn't overpower it but the blue is bright and strong

-The fact you included ALL of the major characters from Beast Wars makes this extended opening leagues above the actual film! Forget the Autobots, I would’ve LOVED watching a movie about the Maximals and Predacons maintaining their truce while protecting the Transwarp Key on Earth in the late 90s! -I don’t know of it was intentional or not, but I liked how Dinobot’s vengeful shots at Unicron were an homage to Armada Starscream doing the same thing right before his death. -Dinobot and Tarantulas’ voices were spot-on! And everyone’s designs and their chemistry and banter with each other… (chef’s kiss) -You somehow made Scourge’s dialogue even better! The way he sees himself as above the Transformers’ petty civil wars reminds me of Lockdown in AOE. You should be extremely proud of all the hard work you’ve put into these rewrites. Yeeesss…

The only thing that I would change about this part is at 5:37. I just think it feels a little bit empty without Scourge saying "No...", when he notices the escape pod leaving the planet's orbit. Other than that, nice work! I was a tad bit worried when Dinobot shot his eye lasers at Unicron, as he could've been killed the same was as Armada Starscream.

Good job! I actually would start off with a similar opening. We open on the Maximals and Predacons in the future, Unicron and the Terrorcons invade, the Maximals and Predacons time travel to prehistoric Earth and fight for the next hundred years before the Maximals imprison the Predacons in an ancient city similar to the one near the Maximal cave. Cut to 3000 years later, the fighting between the Autobots, Maximals, Terrorcons and maybe some Decepticons frees the Predacons.

After the battle with Scourge, Megatron observes the scene from a distance. *Megatron:* Ah, such a glorious sight. The Terrorcons are vanquished, Scourge is smouldering on the scrap heap, and the threat of Unicorn no longer looms upon us all. Truly an inspiring victory for the ages, where hated foes united and fought against mutual destruction... _But,_ in this instance there also lies opportunity. Optimus Prime - destined to lead the Autobots to victory agianst the Decepticons - is wounded and battle weary. And more importantly, completely unawares. (He raises his ion cannon in the direction the far away Prime below) One shot at full power, and the course of history will forever change. No Optimus, no Maximal dominion of Cybertron to curtail the Predacon's rightful conquest of the universe, _yesss..._ (Megatron lowers his weapon) But do I dare such a gamble? To remove such a pivotal figure would undoubtedly shake the universe to this core. Will there even be a Cybertron left to rule when I return, or will the changed flow of history bring forth even greater dangers upon us? Then again- (raises weapon anew, a grin on his face) - what better risk is there for the ultimate prize? (His ion cannon charges but just as it is about to fire, a thrown blade stabs into it) *Primal:* You always did love the sound of your own voice. (Draws two more blades from his back) For a moment there, I thought you might actually do the right thing for once, Megatron. *Megatron:* (removing the blade from his arm) A fleeting fancy, Primal, even we tyrants have them from time to time.

Hey, isuru! I hav ran idea on what you should do for future Transformers videos. Maybe you can make a project based on that recently found concept art of a Autobot-Decepticon movie. Based on that concept art, I found the 7 Autobots from Bumblebee with 5 new Autobots: Optimus Prime Bumblebee (it looks like he has a mouth in the artwork, maybe he would have had his voice again) Arcee Ratchet Ironhide Brawn Wheeljack Here are the 5 Autobots they would have introduced in that movie: Jazz Mirage Trailbreaker Windcharger Sideswipe I want to see if you could make something like that project after you finish Return to Cybertron

i think it's cool but if i ever finish RTC i will for sure be working on its sequel, attack on autobot city and i do have a vision of waht it's gonna be but using characters from the concept art sounds like a =fun challenge and rn i'm flexible enough to do something like that, though i'm not sure if i want to be too limited, especially since i already envisioned attack on autobot city to have the 2007 cast with a few additions like prowl and brawn but RTC's cast was made limited on purpose, using the existing autobots and making the dreads terrorcon parallels alongside starscream, it was fun to experiment within those limitations

I was watching ROTB staying up late last knight and I oddly wasn't loving it. I just kept pausing it and pointing out flaws that just bugged me. I wasn't feeling well about it and just stopped. So when I saw this coming out I stayed up some more till the premiere... and accidently fell asleep. My bad. 😵 But regardless, this three part series just shows that the opening could've been more than just, "Set up the main threat". It could've set the main characters motives and traumas so that when they appear later on, it feels more impactful. Airrazor's death in the movie was kinda half-assed. There wasn't even remotely enough time to develop her and convey that true feeling of loss and guilt. Well there probably was they just didn't take it. Tigatron's death however, makes it have more of an impact like it should've been. Reuniting with her long lost love after so long. Although I still prefer if she didn't die at all. Dinobot showing hatred to Unicron for destroying his home and screams out a beam of hatred (literally), I love that scene and I love the truce between the Maximuls and Predacons. Shows how much of a threat Unicron is. Anyway, you relax now. I know how hard academics can be. Especially when you're balancing your online status. It is no joke. I barely sleep the same anymore. 😅

Amazing work! I really love you included other Maximal characters and including adding Predacons (please correct me if I'm wrong, I didn't grew up or grow into watching the Beast Wars show) in your extended opening. It really opens the world of the Maximals and Predacons and it gives us a sense of sympathy to the Maximals later in the ROTB film that we know how they feel after abandoning and sacrificing their homeworld to Unicron. I just like to ask, is that Cheetor at 1:05 and the one that fired green laser beams to the sky while he was screaming at Unicron? (I'm sorry I'm unfamiliar with the original Beast Wars designs except for Optimus Primal, Rhinox & Megatron). I really love that you're art style is unique, I've been reading the other comments that it's called "animatics" which is new to me and I love it. I love your interpretation and your idea of extending the opening of ROTB. I did say the original openinng was short, fast and it didn't give enough time to introduce the world of Beast Wars & Maximals. Enjoy your break. You deserve it! It's incredible that you managed to make the opening to ROTB way more faithful to Beast Wars than the actual movie did. Don't get me wrong, I do like ROTB, but this is... WOW. Again, if you are in any need, or are looking, for voice actors, I would LOVE to be in your Return to Cybertron series, even as a small/minor role!
