I never understand why sometimes the cutscenes is cinematic quality but in the middle of gameplay they seems like downgraded version with gameplay models (?)

I know what you mean it's weird and there faces are iffy. But if remember right the game wasn't complete when it came out. This was because it wanted to come out near the movies release date. Bad move for any video game imo.

You forgot that after Barricade was killed by Bumblebee, Megatron arrived and flicked the Autobot Scout with his claws, Jazz was killed by Brawl, Optimus and Ratchet still did not arrive in the city yet
