A little detail I noticed was that the bots are scanning their weapons when they get a new one. The scanning looks similar to when they get new alt modes.

It's probably a pistol but missing the handle so instead it looks like a rifle. It also may be called a pistol because of the ammunition it fires. I think it should be called "Energon Battle Rifle" lol

The Energon Battle Pistol and Null Ray are essential for Hard Mode playthroughs since they can one hit kill normal enemies with headshots. Ammo conservation is key, so those two weapons help greatly with that.

I like how some of the weapons here got updated in fall of cybertron but i wish they had all in the weapons from this game into fall of cybertron would've been interesting if war for cybertron had the upgrade system

Imagine all the WFC weapons got ported into FOC. That would be amazing especially considering that Activision removed the ability to use grenades in WFC. I bet there's a mod out for PC players though. Hopefully when these 2 games come back (which I'm fairly certain they are sometime before this year ends) we'll get mods for PC for re-released verisons.

Another idea for you friend do a video for like the melee weapons in WFC FOC & ROTDS similar to this video with you first using them on allies and then using them on enemies like the sound they make when you hit either one

I always had these weapons, in my Canon, being part of what was used in the war just for how much I like the war aesthetic of them. Funny enough, when playing Fall of Cybertron and Rise of the Dark Spark, I did miss these weapons a lot.
