I was looking at pieces on Facebook marketplace that had been painted. The colors were pretty but there was no attempt to fill in any defects on the pieces. There were gouges that were just painted over but not for purposes of looking chippy or distressed. It reminded me of the expression “putting lipstick on a pig.” I wish everyone had your work ethic of making the bases solid before doing the pretty parts. I agree that you are the best at blending and this dresser is just gorgeous. Keep up the good work!

I love this. You give me so many good ideas! I'm always gonna change the hardware (that's just me) and it will never be brass, or gold (again, me) , I love the dark shades of silver (pewter,, gunmetal) with bright accents of copper, rose, or champagne.

Oh happiness and joy! Waking up to a new Crys’Dawna video. Absolutely gorgeous. I’m usually not a fan of decoupage or grey but this is just lovely. Blended perfectly and very elegant. I confess that the first splotch of bright pink made me go ???, but as usual once you were finished it was so soft and misty looking. I was thinking how well you did that but you needed to balance that with a little more of that color lower on the right hand side. And then you did it! 🎉 More videos please 🙏. This one made my day.
