Unfortuneately, I've had to mute the song at 2:39 - 3:30 due to an invalid copyright claim. A label known as Audiam claimed the song under the name of a completely differemt artist name and song title. The original is 'Me 2 (ft. Julian Avila)' by Lakely Inspired, and the claim was for a song called 'Being Somebody' by Haibian, which is a rip off of Lakely's original. I researched into the song and there any MANY other youtubers who are getting claimed within the last 3 weeks. I emailed the company directly and filed a dispute, with yet to recieve a responce, so instead, I decided to mute the claimed song. The fact that anyone can manually claim a video improperly like this still is honestly a joke, and I hope that KZbin will look into finding an alternative to fix this issue. - Oscar 🖤

And then I repainted monalisa and showed it to leonard da vinci by teleporting by a time machine in 2020 when the aliens came to earth and there was a huge invasion but when I came back there was a new virus called the covid-20 and then I made another video called "I rebuild my old mine craft castle" then a guy commented on my video which doesn't make any sense and doesn't know what he is doing with his life. At this point I don't know what to write.but I think I should stop writing but I don't wanna stop idk why maybe because my I am having just too much fun in typing a ridiculous comment which no one and I mean ones gonna read so maybe this is it.and I guess goodbye. Maybe we will meet someday but I hope that day would be my last day because........ Wait I just noticed something.... I haven't even watched the video I have just been writing and writing. This is incredibly beautiful, but one teeny, tiny, unimportant, purely historical detail; most cathedrals are actually relatively symmetrical, often resembling a cross from the aerial view, as well as those outcroppings serving as spaces for the choir or important families in the church.

I used to be a terrible builder I would build HUDGE rectangles made out of wool and a door not even kidding. Then I started to do build tutorials and build them I eventually learnt my own style from combining all that I learnt from tutorials of things. That’s all you got to do. Build or copy something on the internet wether it’s decorating house building houses building bridges decorating ponds and the sea building caves terraforming. Your learn how to do it and eventually it’s stuck in your mind therefore you can build your own original piece of a build lmao.

first the build is awsome i can belive the amount of time and passion you put into this. now from and outsider point of view, i woudl recomend you to look for blueprints of gothic cathedrals, the altar room is the most importan area in the bulding and is usually a big tall room with oval volumetrics and vertical lighting , i think this would help the build a lot by breaking the symetrics u have betwen front and back of the building.

you did an amazing job at this build, respect! the only thing i would have liked for you to do differently: as an art student it irked me a bit that you made the back almost the same as the back. gothic churches rarely have towers at the back, but the huge stained glass front was a nice way, although it could have used a bigger altar in the interior or a crucifix. second thing was the ceiling, which was just extremely dark. i know with light sources in minecraft you are a bit limited, but opening a few sky lights or stained glass windows into the roof would have made this a bit brighter. anyway i am still absolutely impressed, so you got me to subscribe for more awesome builds, cheers!

Hey, this was so good to watch. I loved it. I'd like to offer a suggestion for something more. In traditional cathedral designs, the building will have 3 pillars, representative of the trinity and the priesthood. The interior will also have a layout that's like a cross. I think these additions would add to the grandeur of this build, widening it, and making for a more geometrically aesthetic and recognizable design. Thank you.

This is truly awesome, and something far better than what I could ever build in this game really, plus I'm impressed by the large amount of details found in actual cathedral architecture; truly a piece of art. The only thing I would say, though, is that another way to break up the shape of the building would have been to make the layout be cross-shaped like an actually cathedral. It would have maybe brought chances to make separated sections and add furniture, but I'm maybe also talking out of my ass haha. Anyways, good job, I don't have the patience that you have when it comes to building, so big kuddos to you 👌

I tried to build a cathedral, and this is quite handy, I was trying to remember this video, now I finally endene it, I wtch this video again, after a year. The "odd centre" is something you should always keep in mind. Also, don't forget about having always odd numbers, that would help a lot. And add some mathimatical progression. Like, my build contained 7 sections, each took 7 blocks. Or some ratio like that, that would make it more organised, and would reduce your time of building it.
