Hey fWhip, have you given thought to using lecterns as a building block? Like atop towers? I've seen few others do that on their builds and got curious because I don't recall that being done in your builds.

The Cod Empire, Crystal Cliffs, Gilded Helianthia, The Grimlands, House Blossom, Mezalea, The Lost Empire, The Ocean Empire, Mythland, Pixandria, The Undergrove, Rivendell, Animalia, The Ancient Capital, Chromia, Cogsmeade, Dawn, The Evermoore, Overseas, GlimmerGrove, The Goblin Empire, Sanctuary, Stratos, The Olipeligo, and Tumble Town.

Fwhip, your city-building skills are literally unparalleled. You have a way of seamlessly merging a whole bunch of different colors and textures to create a vibrant yet realistic palette, and your attention to detail and ability to work in small nooks and crannies makes your world so lively and visually intriguing. I look to your world-building as inspiration not just for my own Minecraft world, but also for my real-world art as well.

could you add raw fish as a detail to the campfire shelving in the docks area? loving the atmosphere!
@phoebe80862 ай бұрын
I think you should populate the fishing docks with fish, squids, or turtles! Since the water in the area surrounding gives life to the environment, I think it would make the wildlife inhabiting it more fertile or abundant!
@martinsoelsepp55692 ай бұрын
Love the idea, however, since you can not breed fish and squids in vanilla, won't all the squids and fish have to be nametagged to prevent them from despawning? I doubt he has a lot of name tags tags.

If you do make a small little road in the harbor maybe you can make some kind of open-air tavern with little caves in the Cliff face as drinking booths and it uses the back and sides of other buildings as it's walls because it's in the back alley basically like a beggars tavern, cheap drinks and you would only see locals

Maybe in front of that Blue house, you could have another mini alter for travelers or visitors to pay tribute to as they enter the city. Better yet, some form of entry admission booth, if that makes sense. Basically, someone who questions you about who you are, where you come from, and your business coming to the city. It makes sense since it is the primary entrance from the harbor, where a lot of trade from other parts of the world happens.

Hey @Fwhip There is a village in Spain called Setenil de Las Bodegas, they have built houses directly into stone cliffs where the bare rock is basically the roof and back wall. Your storage rooms all over the world is such a good idea and unique philosophy that creates for plenty of immersion! Sorting your shulkers seems to take forever though, how about a 'packing plant' buidling in the harbour? Auto separating 'the monster' into storage types, and then back into boxes. A bit similar to mumbo's storage room but adapted to fWhip logisics :p

I saw a comment on one of your other videos that I completely agree with. It said something along the lines of "I don't think any of us would mind if he switched the world to survival, we're just here for the fun builds." Honestly, I get scared every time you're a little reckless with your elytra, and I'd recommend putting the world into survival. I think u should definitly add a path up on the cliff, front of the city wall. At this point it becomes a beatiful viewing area for lovers:) Also I hope u can find a way to connect city walls to montain range in indasturial distirct. Right now it looks like cut half and I think it ruins the realistic medieval city vibe.

Can you put another animal pen next to the cow pen maybe? It's lookin' kinda lonely. Maybe a few chicken coops in a bit of a circle with a gap for the walkway? That'd be cool since we already have pens for the cows, sheep, and pigs too and stables for the donkeys and horses but nothing really for chickens. Oh, and maybe you could even do a llama stable sometime? A nod to the wandering trader so that they too have a place to rest their llamas after a long days journey. Maybe it could be a stable attached to the side of an inn? Oh yeah, I've even noticed a lot of your builds are one or two stories tall. There's not a lot of three-story tall buildings. Is that intentional to make stuff more interesting? I'd like to see a few more three-story buildings please, they look nice! :)
