Both are beautiful ❤️ as for the pocket in yellow skirt, I think you'd want to stitch it to seam allowance in the opening AND to the waistband, so it helds the weight 🙂

My daughter is an Irish dancer and has been performing at renaissance festivals for 6 years, I’m always amazed at the beautiful costumes the fair goers wear. I’ve been wanting to curate my costume.
