Can you use just half the bed (on the passenger side) and leave the rear seat up on the driver's side?

Really nice looking product. Will you be counter sinking hinges so the sleeping panels will fold flat. Also the screws don't look like they fit flush - perhaps the hinges need to have countersunk holes bored in them.

Nice build. Im in the middle of building a similar system for my Suburu Forestor in Australia. I love the easy access to the spare - would this affect the stability of the slides as the weight is only being held by the back and sides?
