I fully agree with Sheikh Babikir Ahmed Babikir at 7:00 - justice is a prerequisite for piety. We can advance this concept with #SDG4 and #SDG16. Thank you for this practical and inspiring message. Governance can be trustworthy when leadership is humble. This gives us an opportunity to assert the principle that information held custodially by governments is ultimately owned by the people. We should acknowledge the goodness shown by Bolivia, Russia, and Iceland for asking for understanding for Julian Assange and WikiLeaks. When the people are certain that governments are providing honest, accurate information, people can freely join in the demanding challenge of recalibrating society from fossil fuel to clean energy. This will take transfomative willingness to adopt a new set of practices, and a culture of trustworthiness is a prerequisite. We should be taking #SDG16 to heart on this. This is the Goal for overhauling dysfunctional institutional systems so that healthy institutions can advance equal justice for all. This is an amazing goal, and profoundly well constructed. It gives the people of the world a challenge to work from, if we are willing.
