During Transgender Awareness Week, one of Britain's most high profile transgender couples have spoken to ITV News London about weddings, babies, and the hate they face.
Jake and Hannah Graf invited ITV News London to their home in Surrey. Hannah is a captain in the Army, based at Sandhurst, the training school for officers at Camberley. But married life in the military would once have been unthinkable for a transgender couple. Both knew from a very young age they weren't like other boys or girls.
