If they repent and mend their ways, relieve them. Surely Allah is ever Accepting of Repentance, Most Merciful. Quran (4:15-16) Here Quran abolishes the punishemt of homosexuality of Toahra of Jews where the punishment of homosexual act was death and at the same time God say he will create a different way for lgbtq people in future like the one God said in Sura al nahl And the grazing livestock He has created for you; in them is warmth and [numerous] benefits, and from them you eat.And for you in them is [the enjoyment of] beauty when you bring them in [for the evening] and when you send them out [to pasture].And they carry your loads to a land you could not have reached except with difficulty to yourselves. Indeed, your Lord is Kind and Merciful.And [He created] the horses, mules and donkeys for you to ride and [as] adornment. And He creates that which you do not know Quran (16:5-8) Entire Muslim world accepts that horses mules and donkeys were created by God so that we can travell from one place to other without much difficulty and future travel vehicles will also be by the God like the ones we use today airplanes,trains ,cars etc obviously these vehicles are the gift of human knowledge and knowledge is always form God . Same knowledge have also confirms that lgptq people are like this by nature . Mirza Sahab forget that People of lut were rapping travellers and guests like what is happening in Madarassa with innocent childern and it has nothing to do with LGBTQ "Why do you ˹men˺ lust after fellow men" Quran(26: 165) its clear they were not doing it among themsleves but were attacking other men which were not one of them. so in the story of lut perpetrators rapers were punished not the victims Have a look at these verses And ˹the men of˺ his people-who were used to shameful deeds-came to him rushing. He pleaded, “O my people! Here are my daughters ˹for marriage˺-they are pure for you. So fear Allah, and do not humiliate me by disrespecting my guests. Is there not ˹even˺ a single right-minded man among you?” QURAN (11:78) And they even demanded his angel-guests from him, so We blinded their eyes. ˹And they were told,˺ “Taste then My punishment and warnings!” Quran (54:37) Its clear they tried to rape the guests of Hazrat lut Have a look at this verse Do you really lust after ˹other˺ men, abuse the travellers, and practice immorality ˹openly˺ in your gatherings?” His people’s only response was to say ˹mockingly˺: “Bring Allah’s punishment upon us, if what you say is true.” Quran (29:29) Its clear they use to abduct and rape travellers too Sins and crimes are two diffirent things in Islam punishment is only for crimes. Corruption, fraud and rape deprive other people of their rights so they are crime like Quam Shoub and Lut but homosexualiy does not deprive other people of thier rights especially in case of two consenting adults Islam is deen fitrat and if Mirza Sahib beleives homosexuality is diorder as per a fitrat of straight person like Mirza Sahab then he must believe that a disorder has its own fitrat. Order and disorder cannot have a same fitrat so the defination of sin will be according to the fitrat of a person as per Deen Islam and Allah will judge a person according to the fitrat God created in that person. You cannot equate it with a murderer becuse that is a crime harming other people have nothing to do with consensual homosexual acts It is my humble understanding of Quran I could be worng if I am wrong it the duty of Scholars like Mirza Sahab to guide me in this regard
