I would highly appreciate more of those videos. Nowadays it seems like you always pick for an IC to solve all the problems. In the past there were some really nice and sophisticated solutions for problems which nowadays seems impossible to solve without a fancy IC. So I like to see more of that "old fashioned" circuits. Keep up the good work like your videos!

You the hero we need! HP gear filled up with some arcane sacred analog stuff that are often beyond comprehension. For example i tried to understand how low frequency IF filter from HP SA works but failed to even get description of this kind of topology anywhere on internet, something close to it was mostly passive and no hint active design whatsoever
