Transition from children's to adults' health services

MS Trust reporter, Calum quizzes two MS nurses about the process of moving from children's to adults' MS services. We find out what's involved, who will support you along the way and what differences you can expect.
We also hear from Abbie, a young person with MS who's recently been through the transition process. She talks about her experience and what it was like for her.
