Love what you guys are doing. I am a Canadian who came to Moscow to learn from people like you. Thank you!

For the non believers on the internet. Look at their hands, palms, knuckles and faces. Look at the redness, cuts, scraps bruises. This is real stuff, not for keyboard warriors.

Real stuff doesn’t equates to only doing demonstrations under half speed.

@Muskeln-kaufen.de thats funny. So if you admit it doesnt work under full speed then it doesnt work in real life where attacks are at full speed..

The Secret Service being trained by Martin Wheeler teaching this art, as well as the Berkoot International Protection Agency doing private security services for VIPs with guards currently using Systema, gives a good enough combat record that it is real.

Why the hell do you complicate your life? Just roll with the punch and counter with a cross. Or step back throw a jab-cross combo. Or duck and shoot for a takedown. Learn how to strike to defend the strikes. Just go to muaythai or boxing gyms and go for grapling schools imao

I wonder if using torque upon contact against the hook punch works just as well as a shallow angle deflection?

i have a question do you practice conditioning like in kickboxing and Karate? eat punches in relaxation, ok. But what is with the knuckles and arms, etc? Rolling a stick over the legs ;D

Pelo que pude perceber, a primeira defesa do soco cruzado seria como se fossemos prestar uma continência, a segunda alongar o movimento do soco cruzado.

@@annoyed707 ahhahahahhah of course hahahhaah - well I never said I am a real or good fighter. As a mater of fact I have experience in various forms of martial arts and have participated in many sport fighting events and even have experience in about 10 severe street fights from my time as both a bouncer and a football fan so while I am nowhere near to being an expert I can clearly see that what is being demonstrated in the video would work poorly in a street fight. Now if you want to defend against untrained disoriented drunkards then what is being demonstrated is perfect go ahead.

@@yourworstnightmare1488 ok systema comes from an ancient russian fencing technique. It has been used by the cossacks and the spez naz. Some secret service agents use it as well.
